Starting Wage: $19.50 – $22.50 CAD per hour, depending on location and shift premium

Available Specializations and Corresponding Duties:

1. Order Selector/Picker:

  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations using handheld RF scanners or pick-to-light systems

  • Operate walkie-riders, order pickers, or reach trucks (with certification provided)

  • Build stable pallets according to weight distribution and safety standards

  • Meet established productivity metrics for lines picked per hour with minimal errors

  • Conduct cycle counts and participate in periodic inventory audits

2. Shipping/Receiving Clerk:

  • Unload incoming shipments from trucks using dock equipment

  • Verify product quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips

  • Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies using warehouse management software

  • Label, scan, and stage incoming products for put-away

  • Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and labeling compliance

  • Operate dock plates, pallet jacks, and stretch wrap machines

3. Inventory Control Specialist:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in designated warehouse zones

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in the WMS (Warehouse Management System)

  • Execute relocation of products for optimization and space utilization

  • Perform regular cycle counts and report findings to supervisors

  • Handle damaged goods according to company procedures and quarantine protocols

4. General Warehouse Associate:

  • Support various departments including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping as needed

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

  • Language: English proficiency minimum CLB/NCLC Level 4 (ability to understand safety instructions, read labels, complete basic documentation)

  • Physical Capacity: Ability to lift 50lbs (23kg) regularly, stand/walk for 8+ hours, work at heights, and perform repetitive motions

  • Availability: Flexibility for shift work, overtime, and weekend schedules as required
