Candidate Profile: The Talent We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated interest and foundational knowledge in technology, with specifics depending on the role (e.g., IT infrastructure, networking, software development, sales methodologies).

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments.

  • Professional proficiency in English is required for global collaboration. Proficiency in the local language of the position’s country (French, German, etc.) is a strong asset for customer-facing roles.

  • Legal authorization to work in the country of application is required. HPE will support visa and relocation processes for selected candidates where applicable.

  • Industry Experience: Previous work or internship experience in IT, technology sales, software development, or hardware engineering.
