Your Mandate: Architect Growth
As a Commercial Strategy Manager at Atlas, you will be the primary strategic architect for 2-3 client engagements at any given time. You will move beyond analysis to become a trusted advisor, embedding within leadership teams to diagnose commercial challenges, design actionable strategies, and drive execution. Your work will directly shape market entries, pricing strategies, operational scaling, investment theses, and exit preparations for some of Australia’s most promising companies.
This is not a conventional consulting role. You will see your strategies through to implementation, measuring success in tangible commercial outcomes—revenue growth, margin expansion, market share gains, and successful capital events. You will build deep, lasting relationships with founders and executives, becoming a valued part of their growth story.
