The Opportunity: Your Skills on a Global Stage
We are recruiting for qualified Electricians to fill critical roles on active projects. These are hands-on, site-based positions where you will be an integral part of a skilled team. Depending on the location and project, your responsibilities will align with one of the following streams:

Construction Electrician: Performing rough-ins, wiring, device installation, and panel build-outs for new construction projects.

Industrial Electrician: Focusing on maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of high-voltage equipment, motor controls, PLCs, and instrumentation in plant environments.

Commercial Service Electrician: Undertaking retrofit, renovation, and service work in occupied buildings, requiring precision and minimal disruption.

Commissioning Technician: Testing, verifying, and documenting the performance of complex electrical and low-voltage systems before handover.
Key Responsibilities: The Core of the Trade
As a Licensed Electrician on our international projects, you will be expected to perform at the highest standard of the trade:

Execute Code-Compliant Installations: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and code specifications to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and related equipment in full compliance with national and local codes (Canadian Electrical Code, AS/NZS 3000, IEC, etc.).

Prioritize Safety Above All: Rigorously adhere to and champion site-specific and company safety policies (including lock-out/tag-out, arc flash safety, and working at heights). Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.

Troubleshoot & Problem-Solve: Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment (multimeters, megohmmeters, etc.) to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Supervise & Mentor (where applicable): Provide guidance and direction to apprentices and helpers, ensuring work is performed correctly and safely.

Maintain Documentation: Complete required paperwork, including timesheets, material requisitions, and inspection cards accurately and on time.

Collaborate with Trades: Work effectively alongside other construction trades (plumbers, HVAC, drywall) to ensure coordinated and efficient project progression.
Candidate Profile: The Qualified Electrician We Seek
We are looking for ticketed professionals who take pride in their work and are ready for an international assignment.
Essential Qualifications & Licenses:

A valid Journeyman Electrician license/certification or equivalent from a recognized jurisdiction.

Minimum of 4-5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential construction.

Proven experience reading blueprints and working with the applicable electrical code for the target region.

Physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working at heights on ladders/scaffolding, and in confined spaces.

Strong command of the English language (verbal and written) for understanding instructions, safety briefings, and site communication.

A clean safety record and a demonstrable commitment to safe work practices.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Specialized Certifications: Any additional certifications such as High Voltage Switching, Instrumentation, PLC programming, Fiber Optic Termination, or HVAC controls.

Experience with Prefabrication: Familiarity with off-site construction methods and modular assembly.

Familiarity with BIM: Ability to navigate and use tablet-based Building Information Modeling (BIM) software for layout and coordination.

Adaptability & Cultural Sensitivity: Willingness to adapt to different work cultures, regulations, and living environments abroad.

Valid Driver’s License: For roles requiring travel between sites.
