Detailed Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact

• Project Delivery & Technical Execution: Lead or contribute to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of technical systems. This spans areas such as HVAC-R, Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical distribution, industrial automation, renewable energy installations, and critical facilities management.

• On-Site Management & Supervision: Oversee worksites, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage site logistics, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.

• Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring: Use IoT platforms and analytics tools to monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements for energy savings and operational reliability.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a technical point of contact for clients, project managers, and team members. Provide clear updates, deliver training, and produce comprehensive documentation.

• Proven hands-on experience in one or more of EQUANS’ core sectors: energy services, technical facility management, industrial maintenance, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.

• Proficiency with relevant technical software (e.g., CAD, BIM tools, BMS interfaces, SCADA systems, MS Project).

• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
