Detailed Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Impact

Project Delivery & Technical Execution: Lead or contribute to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of technical systems. This spans areas such as HVAC-R, Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical distribution, industrial automation, renewable energy installations, and critical facilities management.

Client Solutioning & Consulting: Work directly with clients to understand their operational, energy, and sustainability goals. Develop and propose technical solutions, conduct audits, and create detailed project plans and reports.

Engineering & Design Support: Utilize technical drawings (CAD), specifications, and digital tools to design, model, and plan system implementations. Ensure all work complies with local regulations, safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001), and client requirements.

On-Site Management & Supervision: Oversee worksites, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, manage site logistics, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Proven hands-on experience in one or more of EQUANS’ core sectors: energy services, technical facility management, industrial maintenance, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.

Practical knowledge of industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

Proficiency with relevant technical software (e.g., CAD, BIM tools, BMS interfaces, SCADA systems, MS Project).
