Who We Are Looking For: Infrastructure Services Specialists

While specific titles may vary by location and seniority, we are broadly seeking Infrastructure Specialists with expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT environments. Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be entrusted with a range of critical tasks, which may include:

• Designing, Building, and Managing modern, hybrid multi-cloud IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients.

• Providing Technical Expertise in areas such as cloud migration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), mainframe modernization, network management, or enterprise security.

• Ensuring System Reliability and Performance through proactive monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.

• Collaborating Directly with Clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and sustainable solutions.

• Automating IT Processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and minimize errors.

• Participating in Transformation Projects that help clients modernize their legacy systems and adopt new technologies.

• Adhering to and Promoting best practices in IT service management (ITSM), often utilizing frameworks like ITIL.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To excel in these roles, candidates should possess a combination of the following qualifications and attributes:

Technical Proficiency:

• Proven experience in one or more core infrastructure domains: Cloud Platforms, Mainframe, Networking, Storage, Data & AI, or Security.

• Hands-on knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Red Hat, Cisco, Palo Alto, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of automation and scripting tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell).

• Familiarity with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira).

Professional Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on client outcomes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Experience & Education:
