Required Qualifications & Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation maintenance, with a significant portion of that within a base or heavy maintenance environment.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a senior leadership or management role within an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) or airline maintenance organization.

In-depth knowledge of base maintenance processes, from C-check through to D-check levels.

A comprehensive understanding of EASA Part 145 / FAA Part 145 regulations and the requirements of a Safety Management System (SMS).

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
