This recruitment drive covers two core tiers of quality professionals: Inspectors, who perform direct examination and testing, and Supervisors, who lead teams and manage quality systems within their discipline.
Tier 1: QA/QC Inspector Positions (Hands-On Verification)
Inspectors are responsible for the direct surveillance, inspection, and documentation of workmanship and materials against project specifications and international codes.
1. QA/QC Inspector (Batching Plant)

Core Focus: Ensuring the quality of concrete produced for all civil and structural works.

Tier 2: QA/QC Supervisor Positions (Leadership & Systems)
Supervisors manage a team of inspectors, interface with engineering and construction, and are responsible for the overall quality plan execution within their discipline.
15. QA/QC Supervisor (Civil)

Core Responsibility: Leading all civil/structural inspectors and managing quality for civil works package.

Key Duties: Develop ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans); coordinate with construction superintendents; review and sign off on inspection reports; manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).

Requirements: 15+ years experience, 5+ in a supervisory role. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Must have proven experience managing large-scale civil packages.
16. QA/QC Supervisor (E&I)

17. QA/QC Supervisor (Mechanical / API 510)

18. QA/QC Supervisor (Piping)

19. QA/QC Supervisor (Welding)

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years for Inspector roles and 12-15+ years for Supervisor roles, with the majority gained on oil & gas or heavy industrial construction projects in the field.
