Selected candidates will join multidisciplinary teams in key locations, with potential assignments in:

• Engineering & Development: Roles in aerodynamics, propulsion, embedded systems, guidance/navigation/control (GNC), and systems engineering for next-generation autonomous platforms.

• Software & Artificial Intelligence: Developing and implementing computer vision algorithms, machine learning models for autonomous decision-making, secure communications software, and ground control station interfaces.

• Manufacturing & Supply Chain: Advanced composite manufacturing, precision assembly, quality assurance, and global supply chain management for defense-grade hardware.

Candidate Profile: The Talent We Require

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related technical field. Equivalent, demonstrable experience in the defense sector will be given strong consideration.

• Proven experience or exceptional academic foundation in one or more of our core technology areas (e.g., UAS, robotics, avionics, AI/ML, systems engineering).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (level dependent on role and location). Citizenship or permanent residency status in the country of hire is required for all positions requiring clearance.

• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

• Direct Defense/Aerospace Experience: Prior work on DoD, allied military, or government programs, with familiarity with standards such as MIL-SPEC.

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with relevant tools (e.g., CAD: CATIA/SolidWorks; Simulation: MATLAB/Simulink; Programming: C++, Python, ROS).

• Security Mindset: An inherent understanding of and respect for secure development and operational practices.

• Adaptability & Resilience: The ability to succeed in dynamic project environments with evolving requirements and tight deadlines.

• International Perspective: Experience working in multicultural teams or on international programs is highly valuable.
