Candidate Profile: The Talent We Require

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related technical field. Equivalent, demonstrable experience in the defense sector will be given strong consideration.

Proven experience or exceptional academic foundation in one or more of our core technology areas (e.g., UAS, robotics, avionics, AI/ML, systems engineering).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (level dependent on role and location). Citizenship or permanent residency status in the country of hire is required for all positions requiring clearance.

Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Direct Defense/Aerospace Experience: Prior work on DoD, allied military, or government programs, with familiarity with standards such as MIL-SPEC.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with relevant tools (e.g., CAD: CATIA/SolidWorks; Simulation: MATLAB/Simulink; Programming: C++, Python, ROS).
