About Wrapbook: Connecting Talent with Opportunity
Wrapbook is a dynamic, digitally-native company redefining how project teams and freelance talent connect and collaborate. We operate on a simple but powerful principle: to build a more streamlined, transparent, and equitable ecosystem for the creative and production industries. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we simplify workflows—from onboarding and payroll to compliance and payments—allowing creative professionals to focus on what they do best. As a fully remote organization, we value talent and drive above geography, fostering a diverse and inclusive global team.
We are now seeking a strategic and client-focused Digital Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role designed to nurture key relationships and drive value for our most important clients.
The Role: Digital Account Manager
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of Wrapbook’s enterprise-level clients. Your mission is to ensure these clients derive maximum value from our platform, fostering high satisfaction, promoting adoption across their organizations, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will translate client needs into actionable success plans, collaborating across internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
This is not a passive account management role. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and empathetic professional who thrives on building deep partnerships and solving complex challenges.
Core Responsibilities & Impact You’ll Have
-
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted main point of contact for a dedicated book of business. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, from production accountants to executives.
-
Strategic Success Planning: Develop and execute customized success plans for each client. Conduct regular business reviews to track against key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrate Wrapbook’s ROI, and align on future objectives.
-
Adoption & Expansion: Proactively drive platform adoption through training, best practice sharing, and change management support. Identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
-
Voice of the Customer: Champion your clients’ needs internally. Synthesize client feedback, usage data, and feature requests to provide actionable insights to our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
-
Retention & Advocacy: Mitigate churn risk through proactive engagement and high-touch service. Develop case studies and cultivate client advocates who can speak to the positive impact of Wrapbook.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Implementation, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive and outstanding client journey from onboarding through renewal.

Problem-Solver: A knack for navigating complex, sometimes ambiguous, client situations. You are solutions-oriented and can manage expectations effectively.
-
Project & Change Manager: Experience guiding clients through adoption of new processes and technology, ensuring smooth transitions and organizational buy-in.
