  • Special Assistance Coordination: Providing dedicated support to passengers requiring special assistance (PRMs), including the elderly, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with reduced mobility, ensuring they are escorted and cared for throughout their airport journey.

  • Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Acting as the primary point of contact for passenger inquiries, both in person and over the phone. Resolving issues related to missed connections, flight disruptions, delays, cancellations, and rebooking passengers in accordance with airline policies and consumer laws.

  • Safety & Security Compliance: Rigorously adhering to all Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and Department of Home Affairs security directives. This includes vigilance in document checking, adherence to sterile area protocols, and reporting any suspicious activities. A strong understanding of the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 is essential.
