Website V Corporation
Your Mission: Architect Resilience
As a Corporate Risk & Resilience Manager, you will be embedded within a regional business unit or critical infrastructure asset of V Corporation. You are not an auditor; you are a builder and a strategist. Your core mission is to diagnose vulnerability, design resilience, and validate preparedness. You will translate abstract global threats—from geopolitical instability and supply chain fracturing to cyber aggression and climate volatility—into actionable plans that protect revenue, reputation, and regulatory standing.
You will own the end-to-end resilience lifecycle for your assigned portfolio, serving as the trusted advisor to local C-suite leadership while being the connective tissue to global intelligence and best practices. This role requires equal parts analyst, consultant, and operator.
Core Responsibilities & Outputs
1. Strategic Risk Intelligence & Assessment
-
Conduct Enterprise Risk Assessments (ERAs) and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) for critical business functions, assets, and third-party dependencies.
-
Monitor and synthesize global threat intelligence (geopolitical, cyber, environmental) to provide forward-looking risk briefings to regional leadership.
-
Develop and maintain risk heat maps and resilience dashboards that quantify exposure and track mitigation progress.
-
Model scenario-specific impacts (e.g., multi-node supply chain failure, protracted cyber outage, civil unrest) to stress-test business continuity plans.
2. Resilience Program Design & Implementation
-
Design, implement, and exercise integrated Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and Crisis Management Frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 and other relevant standards.
-
Engineer redundancy and diversification strategies for critical supply chains, IT infrastructure, and talent pipelines.
-
Lead tabletop and simulation exercises for senior management, from focused technical drills to full-scale, multi-jurisdiction crisis simulations.
-
Oversee the development of site-specific resilience plans for offices, data centers, and manufacturing facilities.
3. Cyber-Physical Security Integration
-
Act as the bridge between Information Security (InfoSec) and Physical Security / Operations teams, ensuring threat response protocols are unified.
-
Assess converged risks where digital and physical threats intersect (e.g., ransomware impacting industrial control systems).
-
Advise on the resilience implications of major IT/OT transformation projects and new technology deployments.
4. Crisis Leadership & Post-Incident Analysis
-
Deploy as a subject matter expert to support the regional Crisis Management Team during major incidents.
-
Lead post-incident reviews and root cause analyses, translating lessons into concrete program enhancements.
-
Manage relationships with key external partners: law enforcement, intelligence providers, specialized risk consultancies, and insurers.
5. Reporting, Compliance & Culture
-
Ensure regional compliance with group-mandated resilience standards, industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, FCA, MAS), and emerging ESG disclosure requirements related to operational risk.
-
Prepare reports for Group Audit Committee and Board-level risk committees.
-
Drive a culture of resilience through training, communications, and incentive alignment.
