Core Mission of the Role: Guardian of Workforce Health & Clinic Excellence

The Company Clinic Sub Section Head is the operational linchpin for all non-clinical and administrative aspects of the site’s healthcare services. This position is responsible for ensuring the clinic functions seamlessly as a support system for over 5,000 employees and contractors. Your mission is to manage the systems, data, vendors, and supplies that allow medical professionals to deliver effective care, thereby directly contributing to workforce productivity, morale, and overall site safety compliance. This is a leadership support role critical to the health ecosystem of a major industrial operation.

Detailed Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas

Your expertise will be essential across several crucial domains of occupational health management:

A. Healthcare Administration & Reporting:

  • Manage all administrative workflows for the Kideco Pratama Clinic, ensuring efficient patient processing and record-keeping.

  • Develop, compile, and analyze statistical health data reports to track trends in illnesses, injuries, and clinic utilization. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization is a significant advantage.

  • Design and implement patient satisfaction surveys, systematically analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality.

B. Specialist Medical Coordination & Vendor Management:

  • End-to-end coordination of Specialist Doctor visits to the remote site, including schedule management, logistical requirements, and operational support.

  • Monitor consultation volumes and outcomes, ensuring value and compliance with service agreements.

  • Act as the primary liaison with medical vendors, collecting performance feedback and formally communicating improvement recommendations.

C. Medical Logistics & Asset Management:

  • Oversee Medicine Stock Management, including inventory control, vigilant monitoring of expiry dates, and timely procurement to prevent shortages.

  • Place orders for all medical and clinic supplies based on consumption patterns and projected needs.

  • Develop and execute a preventive Medical Equipment Maintenance schedule, promptly reporting any malfunctions to ensure all diagnostic and treatment tools are operational.

D. Key Health Programs & Compliance:

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of the Annual Medical Check-Up (MCU) for all employees and the Board of Directors. This involves planning, vendor management, and onsite implementation at both the mine site and Jakarta office.

  • Provide ongoing support for Clinic Accreditation standards, ensuring maintained compliance following initial implementation.

  • Administer and facilitate programs related to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and company health insurance schemes.

  • Support Clinic Operational Audits, including First Aid Post (FAP) inspections, to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Comprehensive Qualification & Experience Requirements

To be successful in this demanding and rewarding support leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational & Professional Credentials:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Ners) or a closely related healthcare field.

  • Possession of an active Nurse Registration Certificate (STR) is non-negotiable.

  • Preferred certifications: BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support)BHD (Basic Life Support)Hyperbaric NursingFirst Aid, and Occupational Health (OH) certification.

2. Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Employee Health or Occupational Health Services.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the coal mining industry (at a mine owner/operator company), as they will understand the specific challenges and health risks of the environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in clinic administration, health data management, and vendor coordination.

3. Essential Technical & Practical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and communication.

  • Ability to create statistical reports and data dashboards. Experience with Power BI is a notable advantage.

  • Strong organizational, inventory management, and logistical coordination skills.

4. Personal Attributes & Work Arrangement:

  • Must be willing to work in a shift and full-time system to support 24/7 mining operations.

  • Must be willing to be permanently stationed at our Paser, East Kalimantan mine site under the company’s roster system.

  • The standard work cycle is 6 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off (field break). All transportation for field breaks (to Place of Hire/KTP) is fully accommodated and provided by the company.
