Core Mission of the Role: From Design to Deployment
As an Electrical Engineer at SSD Automation, you will be the technical linchpin for our automation projects. Your role bridges the critical gap between theoretical design and real-world application. You will be tasked with transforming client requirements into robust, functional, and reliable automated systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and perform to the highest standards. Detailed Key Responsibilities & Project Impact
Your expertise will be channeled into a diverse range of impactful duties:

System Design & Engineering: Develop comprehensive electrical and control system designs for industrial automation projects. This includes creating schematics, layouts, and specifications for control panels using AutoCAD.

PLC Programming & Integration: Write, debug, and optimize control logic for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), primarily using Mitsubishi GX Works and Omron CX Programmer software. Your code will become the “brain” of automated production lines.

Robotic System Implementation: Program, configure, and integrate industrial robots from leading brands like Epson, KUKA, and Universal Robots to perform precise tasks such as pick-and-place, assembly, and material handling.

On-Site Project Execution: Be prepared for direct, hands-on involvement in field implementation. This includes equipment installation, system commissioning, sensor calibration, and comprehensive testing to ensure flawless operation.

Troubleshooting & System Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and control system issues on existing production lines. Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Comprehensive Qualification Requirements
To thrive in this technically demanding and rewarding role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Educational Foundation:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.
2. Professional Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the industrial automation sector.

Proven track record of at least 2 years in designing automation systems, system integration, or robotics projects.

Demonstrated experience with the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to on-site commissioning.
3. Essential Technical Proficiency:

PLC Mastery: Advanced programming skills for Mitsubishi and/or Omron PLCs.

Control Panel Expertise: Solid experience in the design, specification, and understanding of electrical control panels.

Software Skills: High proficiency in industry-standard software:
