This recruitment drive covers two core tiers of quality professionalsInspectors, who perform direct examination and testing, and Supervisors, who lead teams and manage quality systems within their discipline.

Tier 1: QA/QC Inspector Positions (Hands-On Verification)

Inspectors are responsible for the direct surveillance, inspection, and documentation of workmanship and materials against project specifications and international codes.

1. QA/QC Inspector (Batching Plant)

  • Core Focus: Ensuring the quality of concrete produced for all civil and structural works.

  • Key Duties: Monitor batching plant operations; test slump, air content, and cast concrete cubes; review mix designs and material certifications; maintain batch records.

  • Essential Certs: ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I or equivalent.

2. QA/QC Inspector (Fire Proofing)

  • Core Focus: Verifying the correct application of passive fire protection materials on structural steel and equipment.

  • Key Duties: Inspect surface preparation; verify material type and thickness per drawings; oversee adhesion/cohesion tests; review manufacturer data sheets.

8. QA/QC Inspector (Civil)

11. QA/QC Inspector (Material)

  • Key Duties: Perform Material Receiving Inspection (MRI); verify MTCs, test reports, and material markings; manage material traceability; quarantine non-conforming items.

  • Essential Certs: Certified Welding Inspector or API certifications are highly beneficial for verifying material certifications.

12. QA/QC Inspector (NDT)

  • Core Focus: Performing or directly supervising non-destructive testing.

  • Key Duties: Conduct or witness RT, UT, MT, PT, and VT; interpret results; evaluate defects; issue NDT reports; ensure NDT procedures are followed.

  • Essential Certs: ASNT Level II in UT, RT, MT, PT is required. Level III is a plus.

13. QA/QC Inspector (Piping)

  • Core Focus: Ensuring the quality of pipe fabrication, erection, and testing.

  • Key Duties: Inspect fit-up, alignment, and supports; witness hydrostatic/pneumatic tests; verify PMI (Positive Material Identification) on alloy materials; manage punch lists.

  • Essential Certs: AWS CWI or extensive piping inspection experience.

14. QA/QC Inspector (PWHT – Post Weld Heat Treatment)

  • Core Focus: Specialized control of post-weld heat treatment processes for critical piping and vessels.

  • Key Duties: Monitor and record heating rates, soak temperatures/times, and cooling rates per WPS; verify thermocouple placement and calibration; review charts.

  • Essential Certs: Specialized training in PWHT procedures and equipment.

Tier 2: QA/QC Supervisor Positions (Leadership & Systems)

Supervisors manage a team of inspectors, interface with engineering and construction, and are responsible for the overall quality plan execution within their discipline.

15. QA/QC Supervisor (Civil)

  • Core Responsibility: Leading all civil/structural inspectors and managing quality for civil works package.

  • Key Duties: Develop ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans); coordinate with construction superintendents; review and sign off on inspection reports; manage non-conformance reports (NCRs).

  • Requirements: 15+ years experience, 5+ in a supervisory role. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Must have proven experience managing large-scale civil packages.

16. QA/QC Supervisor (E&I)

  • Core Responsibility: Overseeing all electrical and instrumentation inspection activities.

  • Key Duties: Coordinate FAT/SAT for electrical equipment; manage cable testing and commissioning quality records; lead the E&I inspection team.

  • Requirements: 12+ years in E&I inspection, 5+ in leadership. Engineering degree or advanced technical diploma.

17. QA/QC Supervisor (Mechanical / API 510)

  • Core Responsibility: Supervising inspectors for static equipment, rotating machinery, and mechanical systems.

  • Key Duties: Implement the mechanical quality plan; coordinate with API 510 and welding inspectors; review major equipment installation; interface with vendors.

  • Requirements: API 510 certification is mandatory. 15+ years experience, with 7+ in a lead role. Strong knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and API standards.

18. QA/QC Supervisor (Piping)

  • Core Responsibility: Ultimate accountability for the quality of the entire piping installation.

  • Key Duties: Manage all piping, welding, and PWHT inspectors; oversee hydrotest packages and system turnover; resolve complex fabrication/erection issues.

  • Requirements: 15+ years in piping construction/inspection, 8+ in supervision. AWS CWI or equivalent. Extensive experience with alloy and high-pressure systems is critical.

19. QA/QC Supervisor (Welding)

  • Core Responsibility: The technical authority for all welding and related NDT on the project.

  • Key Duties: Approve all WPS/PQRs; manage welder qualification program; establish NDT review processes; lead weld repair review board.

  • Requirements: AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required; SCWI or International Welding Engineer (IWE) a major plus. 15+ years experience.

  • Education: A technical diploma, engineering degree, or recognized trade certification relevant to the discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years for Inspector roles and 12-15+ years for Supervisor roles, with the majority gained on oil & gas or heavy industrial construction projects in the field.

  • Certifications: Role-specific certifications as listed above are often mandatory. Please review individual requirements carefully.

  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (P&IDs, Isometrics, Structural), ITPs, and using quality management software.
