Essential Qualifications & Attributes:

For professional roles: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. For certain retail positions, a college diploma or equivalent experience may be considered.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Proficiency in French is a significant asset for roles in Quebec and bilingual regions, and is required for many client-facing positions.
