We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Operations Specialists to join our growing international teams. This role is central to our mission, acting as the crucial link between our health services strategies and their real-world execution. Key Responsibilities & Impact Areas
In this role, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that have a direct impact on service quality and operational excellence. Your core duties will include:

Program Coordination & Management: Execute and monitor daily operations for assigned health services programs (e.g., chronic disease management, mental health support, preventative care initiatives). Ensure all processes align with established clinical guidelines and performance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for members, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Facilitate clear communication to resolve inquiries, guide members through their health journey, and ensure provider networks are effectively supported.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize operational data to track program performance, member engagement, and outcome metrics. Generate insightful reports that highlight trends, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Process Optimization: Continuously review and analyze operational workflows. Propose and help implement improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and elevate the overall member and provider experience.

Quality & Compliance Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality and privacy. Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies, including the secure handling of personal health information.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in health administration, business, nursing, social sciences, or a related field.

Proven experience (2+ years) in an operational role within the healthcare, health insurance, or a related service industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data to inform actions. Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) or similar tools is required.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.

A deep-rooted commitment to client-centered service and ethical practice.
