Detailed Job Openings: Find Your Role

We have a diverse range of openings for skilled technicians, engineers, supervisors, and support staff. Below is a detailed breakdown of the available positions and their primary responsibilities.

1. Engineering and Technical Leadership

These roles are central to the design, execution, and oversight of our technical projects.

  • Mechanical Engineers: You will be responsible for the design, analysis, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems. This includes rotating equipment, pressure vessels, and piping systems, ensuring they meet project specifications and international standards.

  • Instrumentation Engineers: Your focus will be on designing, configuring, and maintaining instrumentation and control systems. This includes PLCs, SCADA, and other systems critical for the automated and safe operation of our facilities.

  • Piping Engineers: You will handle the engineering and design of piping systems, performing stress analysis, specifying materials, and ensuring compliance with ASME and other relevant codes.

  • Fabrication Engineers: This role oversees the fabrication process of components and structures, developing procedures, ensuring quality control, and optimizing manufacturing workflows.

2. Supervision and Foremanship

These positions require strong leadership to guide teams, ensure productivity, and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols on the front lines.

  • Mechanical Supervisors & Foreman: Provide direct supervision to mechanical crews, coordinating daily activities, assigning tasks, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of maintenance and installation work.

  • Electrical Supervisors: Oversee all electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other safety standards.

  • Welding Supervisors: Manage welding crews, qualify welding procedures, and ensure all weld quality meets the stringent requirements of the project.

  • Rigging Supervisors & Foreman: Lead critical lifting and rigging operations. You will be responsible for planning lifts, inspecting equipment, and ensuring all activities are performed safely and efficiently.

  • HSE Supervisors: The guardians of our worksites. You will implement and monitor HSE programs, conduct site inspections and audits, lead incident investigations, and champion a proactive safety culture.

3. Skilled Trades and Technicians

The backbone of our operational success, these hands-on roles require precision, expertise, and a commitment to quality.

  • Instrument Technicians & Fitters: Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair a wide array of field instruments, including transmitters, control valves, and analytical equipment.

  • Welders (TIG/ARC): Perform high-quality welding on various materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, etc.) using TIG and ARC processes, following established Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).

  • Pipe Fabricators & Fitters: Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems according to isometric drawings and P&IDs, ensuring precise fit-up for welding.

  • Millwright Fitters: Specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy machinery, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and conveyor systems, ensuring precise alignment and operation.

  • Riggers: Execute the physical lifting, moving, and positioning of heavy equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and other rigging gear under the direction of the rigging supervisor.

4. Project and Material Support

These roles are essential for the smooth logistical and administrative functioning of our projects.

  • Material Controller: Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and equipment. You will maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with procurement and engineering teams.

  • Storekeepers: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse or storeroom, including inventory management, material handling, and supporting the material controller.

  • Timekeepers: Accurately record and process employee time and attendance data, a critical function for payroll and project cost tracking.

5. Operational and Support Staff
  • Forklift Operators: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move materials around the worksite and support loading/unloading activities.

  • Drivers: Provide reliable transportation for personnel and materials in a safe and timely manner.

  • Male Nurse: Provide professional medical care, emergency response, and health support to our employees on-site, promoting overall workforce well-being.

  • Safety Assistant: Support the HSE team with administrative tasks, maintaining safety records, assisting with training, and helping to implement safety initiatives.


Ideal Candidate Profile: Do You Have What It Takes?

While each role has specific technical requirements, all successful candidates at Aramco share a common set of attributes and qualifications.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • A relevant degree or diploma from an accredited institution for engineering and supervisory roles.

  • For trades and technician roles, a recognized vocational training certificate or apprenticeship is typically required.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in the oil & gas, energy, or a related heavy industry (e.g., petrochemicals, power generation).

  • For supervisory roles, proven experience in leading teams and managing work fronts is essential.

  • Familiarity with international standards and codes relevant to your discipline (e.g., ASME, API, ANSI, NEC, IEC).
