As an Azure Solution Architect at Bizoforce, you will be the technical visionary on the front lines of this mission. Detailed Role Responsibilities

The Azure Solution Architect is a client-facing leadership role that requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:

• Solution Design and Architecture:

  • Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive Microsoft Azure-based solutions that meet client requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.

  • Develop architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents that serve as a blueprint for development and operations teams.

  • Make key decisions on Azure services, including compute (e.g., VMs, AKS), data (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB), networking (e.g., VNet, Azure Firewall), and identity (e.g., Azure AD) to create cohesive solutions.

• Client Engagement and Strategy:

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, conducting discovery sessions to understand their business objectives and technical constraints.

  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and solution proposals.

  • Present and justify architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Implementation Leadership and Governance:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the defined architecture and best practices.

  • Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, security frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) within Azure environments.

Candidate Qualifications and Required Experience

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a proven track record of designing and delivering solutions in the Azure ecosystem.

Mandatory Technical Skills and Experience:

• Azure Proficiency: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, architecting, and implementing solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

• Certification: A current Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly preferred and may be required.

• Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, serverless computing, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
