Key Responsibilities:

• Security Architecture & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain advanced security systems. This includes the configuration and management of firewalls, VPNs, and Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS) to create a formidable first line of defense.

• Proactive Threat Management: Utilize Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools like Splunk and QRadar to conduct continuous monitoring. You will analyze security logs, correlate events, and hunt for potential threats before they can cause harm.

• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing: Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities within networks and applications. You will simulate cyber-attacks through penetration testing to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls and recommend remediation strategies.

• Incident Response & Forensics: Act as a key responder during security incidents. You will lead efforts to contain breaches, eradicate threats, and recover systems, while also conducting post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure that our clients’ security frameworks adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will have hands-on experience with major security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
